| Henry Juroviesky is our firm’s practice leader in international transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and international tax structuring. Mr. Juroviesky’s wide range of experiences with his multi-national client base, coupled with his professional background, renders him uniquely situated to be the premier advisor on US/Canada cross-border transactions. Mr. Juroviesky has structured and has been the principal advisor on some of Canada’s largest historical transactions. Mr.
Juroviesky is a former US Treasury Chief Counsel attorney who
held senior positions with an internationally renowned firm.
Mr. Juroviesky earned his JD degree in law
at the University of Pennsylvania and is a current member of
the Maryland and District of Columbia Bars. Mr. Juroviesky is
also admitted to practice before the US Tax Court. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the City University of New York and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland. Mr. Juroviesky is licensed to practice law in the states of Maryland and D.C., and licensed by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Barrister and Solicitor as well as a Foreign Legal Consultant.
